We work hard to ensure you love your purchase. If something isn’t right, the below policy applies.
Cancellation (before dispatch)
You may request cancellation within 2–3 days of placing the order or before the order is shipped, whichever is earlier.
Once shipped, cancellation may not be possible; you may request a return (if eligible).
Return & exchange (after delivery)
Eligible returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible, the item must be unused/unworn, in original condition, with tags, invoice, and packaging intact.
For hygiene and safety, earrings, intimate items, personalized/engraved pieces, gift cards, and items marked “Final Sale” are non-returnable unless defective or wrong product received.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing photos/video and order details; we will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.
Return process

with order ID, reason, and photos/video.
On approval, we will arrange pickup or share a return address.
After quality check at our facility, we will process your refund/replacement.
Refunds
Approved refunds are initiated within 3–4 working days after we receive and verify the returned item (or after cancellation approval if not shipped).
Refunds are credited to the original payment method. For Cash-on-Delivery orders, we will refund to your bank/UPI details provided during the return request.
Shipping/handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective product).
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after our confirmation, first check with your bank/payment provider. Processing times vary by institution.
Misuse & abuse
Returns that do not meet policy conditions or show signs of use may be refused and sent back to the customer.
